• Minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method.
• Deposits are typically processed within 5 minutes during banking hours (08:00-16:00 WIB on weekdays). Off-hours and weekend deposits may take up to 24 hours.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• All deposits are subject to verification. Suspicious deposits may be frozen pending investigation.
• ajo889 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed according to the following terms:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum daily withdrawal limit is Rp 50,000,000 (higher limits available for VIP members).
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 2-4 hours during business hours (WIB). First-time withdrawals require identity verification (KYC) and may take longer.
• You may only withdraw to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your own name and verified during KYC.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and will be clearly stated in the bonus terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20% or be excluded entirely.
• Maximum Bet Limits: While wagering bonus funds, you may be restricted to a maximum bet size (e.g., Rp 10,000 per spin/bet). Exceeding the maximum bet may void the bonus and associated winnings.

ajo889 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to withhold bonuses or void winnings if we detect bonus abuse, fraudulent behavior, or violation of bonus terms.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

General Betting Principles

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed unless the event is canceled or postponed per our rules.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and market. Limits are displayed on the betting interface.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance automatically upon settlement of the bet or game round.

• All bets are settled based on the official result at the end of regulation time unless otherwise stated (e.g., "To Qualify" markets include extra time and penalties).
• If a match is abandoned, postponed, or suspended, bets may be void or settled based on the time of abandonment, depending on the specific market rules.
• Asian Handicap and Over/Under bets follow standard industry settlement rules. Dead heat rules apply where applicable.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win. If one selection is void, the parlay odds are recalculated without that selection.

Casino and Slot Game Rules

• All casino and slot games operate on certified RNG technology. RTP percentages are published for transparency.
• Disconnections during a game round do not void the round. The result is determined by the RNG at the time of disconnection and will be reflected in your account once you reconnect.
• Collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play to gain unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

7. Prohibited Activities
